INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - We accept payments via PayPal, Visa & Mastercard, bank deposit or International Bank Issued Cheques/Drafts. We can not accept personal cheques, cash or domestic money orders. Please ensure Bank Issued cheques are in Australian dollars.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS - We accept payments via PayPal, Visa & Mastercard, bank deposit (Bendigo Bank) or Money Orders. To avoid shipping delays please leave clear payment identification when making bank deposit, money order or cheque payments so we can match it to your purchase.
Payment is to be made within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders will be cancelled after 7 days if no payment is received.
Parcels within Australia are sent via Receipted Delivery or Express Post with tracking. Receipted Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels are covered against loss or damage during transit for the purchase price or up to $50 for Express Post parcels. Customers will receive their choice of a refund or replacement (if product is available) if a parcel is lost or damaged.
Items damaged during transit will need to be returned to us before a payout or replacement product is issued. We will post replacements free of charge but buyers are to cover shipping to return products to us. If a parcel is returned to us as "unclaimed", all reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance and tracking is optional for international destinations. It covers up to $100 for an insurance claim, additional insurance can be purchased for parcels valued over $100. We can not take responsibility for International Postal Services, we will not replace items or refund for lost or damaged parcels that are not insured.

Although all of are products are carefully sealed and stored we do have a small fluffy dog, we do our best to keep all items free of fur but a few stray hairs may come off our clothes while packing parcels. If this occurs we do apoligise.
