Returns & Exchange
Please be aware that colours may differ slightly between monitors, we do not have any control over what shades may appear as it all depends on the brightness and contrast settings on your screen as well as the colour range of your graphics card. Although the colours may be only marginally different we do understand that just a few slight shades can make all the difference if you wish to match the product to a specific item.
Customer satisfaction is our main priority so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, refund or exchange is available within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Exchange or refund items must be unused with all tags attached and returned in their original condition. You can cetainly try clothes on to check the fit, just not wear them for the day.
Shipping costs are not included for refund returns and we ask for customer to cover return shipping costs on exchanges.

Please include a note in the parcel with the following information:
- Email address
- If you are returning for a refund or exchange
- Details including size/colour of the product/s you wish to exchange to
- Bank details (BSB, account number and name) if you would like your refund to be made by bank deposit. Payments from Credit Cards or PayPal will be refunded back to your account (no details required).
Exchange shipping costs
Return shipping can be paid by bank deposit, PayPal or concealed cash in the returned parcel. Exchange shipping costs can be calculated by adding the product to the shopping cart and using the shipping caculator.
Alternately, you can include a pre-paid 500g or 3kg satchel in the parcel, depending on the item weight.
