Perfect for Spring dances, Summer picnics and cruisin'!

Made from a blend of 97% cotton and 3% elastine in a tailored, panel cut. It is a crisp cotton, similar to shirting cloth with some stretch from the elastine.

It features a black, satin belt which can be tied as you wish or swapped out for another belt from your own collection.

The dress is a halter neck cut with two long straps which tie behind the neck so it is fully adjustable for a perfect fit. The dress has a full length zip hidden in the side seam which extends from the arm to the hip.

The back panel is elasticised for a snug fit at the bust.

It has a white cotton petticoat with a black tulle trim for some volume. It is pictured with a 24" petticoat, available for separate purchase here.

Swooping Swallows Necklace is not included.
