Toxic green netting glows under UV lights!

This wicked, jet black gothic skirt is made from a thick and sturdy drill cotton with no stretch to the cloth to give it a tailored body and a full flare to the skirt.

It features a neon green, UV reactive tulle underskirt which is attached at the seam between the wide waistband and the flared skirt. It has black satin ribbon, corset detailing at the front center of the skirt. The ribbon is not attached to the skirt so it can be changed if you wish.

It is trimmed with ruffled black lace vertically along side the corset laces and around the hem.

The chunky zip and lacing grommets are made from silver toned metal.

Garment measurements: The lower size will have the waistband sit on the hip bones, the larger size will have the waistband sit at the waist. The hip measurement is taken along the seam where the flared skirt joins with the wide waistband.
