Wear it under a Rockabilly swing skirt for added volume a va va voom!

It is made from 100% polyester, SUPER SOFT and light weight, chiffon fabric.

It is created from 3 tiers of fabric with a lace trim on the bottom which pokes out the bottom of dresses that end just above the knee.

The layers are attached to a thick, polyester waistband so the layers add volume to the lower end of the skirt without too much at the hips and waist for a nice, flattering silhouette.

The waistband is fully elastised for a prefect fit between sizes.

It measures 60cm / 24" in total length.
