INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Due to the fees charged for currency exchange we are only able to accept PayPal payments, direct bank deposit or International Bank Issued Cheques/Drafts, we are unable to accept any other form of payment. We can not accept personal cheques, cash or domestic money orders.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS - To avoid shipping delays please leave your account user id or initals and postcode (eg. Kelly Smith 3894 would transfer to KS3894) when making bank deposit, money order or cheque payments so we can match it to your purchase. We are also happy to accept PayPal from Australian bidders.
Payment to be made within 10 days of completing the checkout unless prior arrangements have been made. If we have not received a payment after 10 days all items purchased will be returned back to our inventory for resale, you are welcome to purchase again at a later date if the products are not purchased by another customer.
All parcels within Australia will be sent via Receipted Delivery, this includes a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels are covered against loss or damage during transit for the purchase price, buyers will receive their choice of a refund or replacement (if product is available) if a parcel is lost or damaged.
Insurance and tracking is optional for international destinations. It covers up to $100 for an insurance claim, additional insurance can be purchased for parcels valued over $100. We will not take responsibility for postal services, we will no longer replace items or refund for lost or damaged parcels that are not insured. We do not receive a tracking number for international parcels unless they are insured but we do take note of each parcels Customs number should an issue arrise.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct, if your details are incorrect we can not take responsibility for lost parcels. If you have recently changed address or are not sure then please confirm your address with us.
Although all of are products are carefully sealed and stored we do have a small fluffy dog, we do our best to keep all items free of fur but a few stray hairs may come off our clothes while packing parcels. If this occurs we do apoligise.
