Returns & Exchange

   Please be aware that colours may differ slightly between monitors, we do not have any control over what shades may appear as it all depends on the brightness and contrast settings on your screen as well as the colour range of your graphics card. Although the colours may be only marginally different we do understand that just a few slight shades can make all the difference if you wish to match the product to a specific item.

    Customer satisfaction is our main priority, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, refund or exchange is available within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Exchange or refund items must be unused with all tags attached and received in original condition. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Customer are to cover return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Return shipping can be paid by bank deposit, PayPal or concealed cash in the returned parcel. Exchange shipping costs can be calcualted by adding the requested item to the shopping cart and calculating shipping to your address. Alternately, you can include a pre-paid 500g or 3kg satchel in the parcel depending on the item weight. Please include a note in the parcel with your order number, name, return address and any product details including size that you wish to exchange for.
