Returns & Exchange

    Customer satisfaction is our main priority, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, refund or exchange is available within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Exchange or refund items must be unused with all tags attached and received in original condition. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Shipping costs for exchange are set at the shipping cost listed for the exchange product.


   Please be aware that colours may differ slightly between monitors, we do not have any control over what shades may appear as it all depends on the brightness and contrast settings on your screen as well as the colour range of your graphics. Although the colours may be only marginally different we do understand that just a few slight shades can make all the difference if you wish to match the product to a specific item.
