Payment & Shipping

Payment Methods


We currently accept payments through PayPal, Visa & Mastercard, bank deposit or money order from both our Australian and International customers, if you are shopping from outside of Australia please be aware that your money order payment will need to be made out in Australian dollars. All PayPal and bank deposit payments will be converted into Australian dollars for you by PayPal or our bank.

We bank with the Bendigo Bank, it is a Victorian based bank so if you do not have a branch in your area you can still make deposits though most other major bank branches including Westpac and the National Bank.

We can accept Visa and Mastercard through the PayPal payment gateway, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card, just choose PayPal as your payment method and follow the link at the PayPal log in page to pay without an account.





Delivery timeframe

We post parcel daily from Monday to Friday and post parcels out within 2 working days after your payment clears into our account or is delivered by the postie.

Parcels within Australia will then arrive 1 - 7 days after we have shipped your parcel out with the average being around 3 days for metropolitan addresses. If your parcel has not been delivered after 7 days then please contact us and we will trace it for you through Australia Post (or courier) as all Australian parcels will have a tracking number.

International parcels normally take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive (3 - 5 days for Express Courier International), the average being 7 - 10 days but if your parcel is caught up in Customs it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, this is extremely rare but does occur on a small number of parcels, if this does happen to your parcel we are sorry but not much can be done except be patient. If your parcel has not been delivered by the 3 week mark please check in at your Post Office as they may have just forgotten to leave a calling card. Of all our years of mailing parcels we have not had a single parcel become lost (that we are aware of), every parcel that is delayed ALWAYS arrives by the 8 week mark or is returned to us as 'unclaimed' within 12 weeks so be sure to check the post office as it will cost to reship unclaimed parcels back to you.



Shipping methods


All parcels within shipping to Australian address will be posted via Receipted Delivery with a tracking number and free insurance or via the Express Post Platinum service. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery so if no one is home to sign for the parcel it will be returned to your local post office an a note left to advise of collection, pleas note that Express Post Platinum does not offer shipping insurance.

International parcels will be shipped via Air Mail, Receipted Air Mail or Express Post International, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Air Mail parcels do no have a tracking number or insurance so they will be posted at the customers risk, Air Mail parcels do have a Customs number which is used for shipping confirmation for PayPal but can not be used to track down a parcel during transit.

Receipted Air Mail parcels do have a tracking number and insurance but Australia Post does not have online tracking so if you nee to track your parcel please contact us so we can ring the all center on your behalf to save an International phone call. 

Express Courier International has a tracking number and an online tracking service but shipping insurance is not available on this method of delivery.
