Q. Who are you guys and where did you come from?

A. We have been retailing since 1998 and first logged into eBay in 2002. We are a well respected store in the eBay community with a feedback score over 20,000! We have now moved up and onwards to our own web store but still offer our products on eBay for those who are building up their feedback score.

 

Q. What is skater owned and operated?

A. Inspired Insanity is owned and run by Roller Derby skater, Misty Meaner. Misty started playing Roller Derby back in 2008 with the Victorian Roller Derby League (VRDL) before founding South Sea Roller Derby (SSRD) on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.



Q. Are my details safe with you?

A.  Yes! Under no circumstances will we share your details with other companies or use them for any  purpose other then to ship your parcel, send the occasional email if you choose to sign up to our mailing list or publish your name on our site as a competition winner (all competition entries are voluntary). We user dedicated dervers, please pay attention to the "https://" address bar and padlock as your browser should always display these while visiting out site.



Q. How do I pay for my order?

A.  We currently accept payments through PayPal, bank deposit or money order from both our Australian and International customers, if you are shopping from outside of Australia please be aware that your money order payment will need to be made out in Australian dollars. All PayPal and bank deposit payments will be converted into Australian dollars for you by PayPal or our bank.



Q. When I try to checkout I receive an error message that states "there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order"?

A.  Please contact us with your shipping postcode and country and we will rectify the error for you.



Q. When will my order arrive?

A.  We post parcel daily from Monday to Friday and post parcels out within 2 working daysafter your payment clears into our account or is delivered by the postie. Parcels within Australia will then arrive 1 - 7 days after we have shipped your parcel out with the average being around 3 days for metropolitan addresses. If your parcel has not been delivered after 7 days then please contact us and we will trace it for you through Australia Post (or courier) as all Australian parcels will have a tracking number. International parcel normally take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive, the average being 7 - 10 days but if your parcel is caught up in Customs it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, this is extremely rare but does occur on a small number of parcels.



Q. My size isn't listed?

A.  If your size is not listed we may have either sold out of that particular size or if you are shopping from an International destination you may be searching for your size in your local sizing. If the size is sold out, please contact us and we may be able to give you a delivery date on new stock if the line is still available, if you are shopping from an International destination then please refer to our clothing size converter to find your size in Australian sizing.


Q. Why is Express Post shipping so high?

A.  For both our own and our buyers security we require all Australian parcels to have comprehensive tracking and a signature upon delivery. Regular Express Post does not offer either of these services so we use Express Post Platinum pre-paid satchels only ($11.90 up to 500g or $15.90 up to 3kg).



Q. My discount code is not working at the checkout?

A.  To make changes to your order including removing items, adjusting quantities or entering a discount code please click the "apply changes" button in the lower left corner, this will apply all changes made to the order and lower/increase the total.
