Having trouble placing your order?

A number of scenerios can causes issues with our secure checkout:

  • Have you entered your correct Post Code/Zip in the box? Our checkout needs this number to correctly calculate the shipping cost, if it is not entered correctly or text such as your state/county/country is entered then the order can not be finalised
  • Have you entered your phone number? Our checkout requires a phone number should we need to contact you regarding your order, this only occurs if there is an issue and your email address bounces our messages back. If you are uncomfortable with submiting your phone number please enter "0" in this box.
